Gym Rules and Regulations
Use Towels for Hygiene
- Always use a towel to wipe down equipment after use.
- Bring your own towel to place on benches during workouts. Your sweat is your badge of honor—but please, wipe it off the equipment for the next warrior.
Re-rack the Weights
- Return all weights, dumbbells, and equipment to their designated spots after use .
No Dropping Weights
- Avoid dropping weights on the floor to prevent damage and noise disturbance.
Maintain Personal Space
- Respect others' personal space and maintain a safe distance while exercising.
No Food in the Gym
- Food and chewing gum are not permitted. Only water or fitness drinks in closed containers are allowed.
Keep Mobile Phone Use Minimal
- Avoid loud phone conversations and excessive phone use that may distract others.
Clean Shoes Only
- Please ensure that only clean, indoor shoes are worn in the gym. Make sure your shoes are clean and free from dirt or mud before entering the gym.
- Please ensure that outside shoes are placed in the designated shoe rack properly.
Use Equipment as Intended
- Do not misuse gym equipment or try to use it in ways it was not designed for.
No Outside Trainers Allowed
- Personal training by non-affiliated trainers is prohibited.
Do Not Hog Equipment
- Allow others to work in during sets if you're taking long breaks.
Follow Safety Guidelines
- Use a spotter for heavy lifts and ensure safety clips are used on weight bars.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment
- Treat everyone with respect. Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Respect the Staff
- Follow instructions from gym staff and trainers at all times.
- Respecting the gym staff and trainers is essential for a safe and positive workout environment. Always follow their instructions, as they are there to guide, assist, and ensure proper gym etiquette. Their expertise helps prevent injuries and improves your fitness journey. Treat them with courtesy, listen to their advice, and adhere to gym rules for a smooth experience.
Gym Timings
- The gym is open during the following hours:
- Morning: 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- Evening: 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM
- Members are strictly prohibited from using the gym outside of these designated hours. Any use of the gym outside these times is entirely at the member's own risk and responsibility. Please note that the Gymkhana will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or other incidents occurring outside the specified timings
Management and trainers reserve the right to ask any member to leave the premises if they are found violating the rules.
